These Terms and Conditions apply to the relationship between SOUTH PACIFIC CITIZENSHIP LTD (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) and the Client (User) regarding the use of the website https://mypassport.vu.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Use of the Site, including browsing pages and submitting forms, constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

1.2. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they are obliged to immediately cease using the Site.

1.3. The Administration reserves the right to change, add, or remove clauses of these Terms at any time without notifying the User.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. All content of the Site, including texts, articles, photographs, graphic elements, logos, and software code, is the exclusive property of the Administration or is used by it on legal grounds.

2.2. The User is prohibited from copying, publishing, transferring, or using the Site's materials for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Administration.

2.3. Citation of the Site's materials is permitted only with an active link to the source (https://mypassport.vu).

3. Disclaimer

3.1. The information posted on the Site is for reference and informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer.

3.2. The Administration makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information (including information about government citizenship programs), however, it does not guarantee its complete accuracy at the current moment, as the legislation of the Republic of Vanuatu may change.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the User in connection with the use of the Site's information or the inability to use the Site.

3.4. The decision to grant citizenship is made exclusively by authorized government bodies. The Site does not guarantee the acquisition of citizenship, as this is outside the competence of the Administration.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The User undertakes not to take actions that may be considered as violating the legislation of the Republic of Vanuatu or international law norms, including in the field of intellectual property.

4.2. The User undertakes not to use the Site's services for the purpose of disrupting the normal functioning of the Site (DDOS attacks, hacking attempts).

4.3. The Administration has the right to restrict access to the Site in case of violation by the User of these Terms.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1. All possible disputes arising from these Terms or related to them are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Vanuatu.

5.2. Recognition by the court of any provision of these Terms as invalid does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Terms.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. These Terms come into force from the moment the User begins using the Site and are valid indefinitely.
