4.3. Persons who have provided the Operator with false information about themselves, or information about another personal data subject without the latter's consent, shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Vanuatu.

5. Data Protection and Transfer to Third Parties

5.1. The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

5.2. The Operator guarantees that personal data is not transferred to third parties without the consent of the User, except in cases necessary for the implementation of the Citizenship Program (e.g., submission to the Vanuatu Citizenship Commission or FIU) or as required by the legislation of the Republic of Vanuatu.

5.3. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Operator informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

7. Final Provisions
